🤍 Bodhi and the Secret Waterfall ( Chapter 7 )

The Adventure of Inner Peace

Bodhi and Kiko walked carefully through the narrow tunnel inside the cave.

The sound of rushing water grew louder with every step.

Whoosh… whoosh…

Cool mist drifted through the tunnel.

The light slowly became brighter.

And then…

they stepped out of the cave.

Before them lay a hidden valley deep in the Zenmist Jungle.

A magnificent waterfall poured down from high cliffs into a clear pool below.

White mist floated through the air.

Sunlight slipped through the leaves above, creating tiny rainbows in the spray.

Bodhi stopped walking.

Wow…” he whispered.

Kiko stared at the waterfall with wide eyes.

This must be the secret waterfall.”

The water sounded both powerful and peaceful at the same time.

The entire place felt calm.

Almost magical.

Bodhi slowly walked closer to the water.

The cool mist touched his fur.

Just then he heard a gentle voice.

Hello, Bodhi.”

Bodhi looked up in surprise.

There, in a large tree growing beside the waterfall, hung a sloth calmly resting on a branch.

She smiled kindly.

Shanti!” Bodhi said happily.

Kiko looked surprised.

You know her?”

Bodhi nodded.

This is Shanti.”

She knows a lot about the jungle.”

Shanti slowly waved one of her paws.

Welcome to the secret waterfall,” she said softly.

Bodhi sat down on a smooth rock near the water.

Kiko and I had quite a journey,” he said.

I got lost in the bamboo forest.”

And then something very strange began to happen.”

Bodhi looked toward the waterfall.

The jungle started changing colors.”

Shanti smiled gently.

Oh?”

Bodhi nodded excitedly.

First everything turned red.”

Then orange by the river.”

After that yellow on the hill.”

Green when I helped Kiko.”

Blue in the echo valley.”

And purple in the cave.”

Kiko looked at Shanti.

And we have no idea why.”

Shanti gazed calmly at the flowing water.

Then she began to speak.

The jungle did not change,” Shanti said.

You changed.”

Bodhi looked at her in surprise.

Me?”

Shanti nodded slowly.

The jungle is like a mirror.”

It reflects what happens inside your heart.”

Bodhi thought quietly.

Shanti continued.

When you were lost, you found strength.”

That was red.”

When you played by the river, you discovered joy.”

That was orange.”

When you climbed the hill, you found courage.”

That was yellow.”

When you helped Kiko, you showed kindness.”

That was green.”

When you used your voice in the valley, you expressed yourself.”

That was blue.”

And in the cave, you began to see and understand.”

That was purple.”

Bodhi looked at the white mist of the waterfall.

Everything slowly began to make sense.

Shanti looked at Bodhi and smiled.

But there is one last color.”

The final color.”

The color of peace.”

Bodhi looked up curiously.

What color is that?”

Shanti gently pointed toward the white mist of the waterfall.

White.”

The color of calm.”

The moment when all the colors come together.”

Bodhi looked at the mist swirling through the valley.

How do I do that?” he asked.

Shanti smiled peacefully.

Just try.”

Bodhi closed his eyes.

He took a slow breath.

In…

and out…

He thought about his entire journey.

The bamboo forest.

The river.

The hill.

Kiko.

The echo valley.

The cave.

And then something wonderful happened.

The mist around the waterfall began to glow.

Soft white light spread across the valley.

The trees.

The water.

The rocks.

Everything shimmered with gentle white light.

Kiko looked around in amazement.

The jungle changed again!”

Shanti smiled calmly.

That is inner peace.”

Bodhi slowly opened his eyes.

The waterfall continued to flow.

The jungle felt peaceful.

Warm.

Balanced.

Bodhi smiled.

His journey through the Zenmist Jungle had taught him something important.

All the colors of the jungle…

had always been inside him.

🤍 What White Means

In the Zenmist Jungle, white represents inner peace.

It is the moment when all colors come together in harmony.

When we take a quiet breath and allow ourselves to feel calm.

Just like Bodhi beside the secret waterfall.

🐼 Try This

Close your eyes for a moment.

Take a slow breath.

In…

and out…

Imagine a soft white light surrounding you.

That is your moment of calm.
