Zenmist offers lifestyle, wellness, and children's products fulfilled by trusted warehouse and production partners.

Some items may be made-to-order through our fulfillment partner Printful.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

If an error occurs (such as incorrect pricing or product information), we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order and will notify the customer.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you provide accurate billing and shipping information

  • you are authorized to use the selected payment method

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

Zenmist does not store full credit card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including:

  • payment issues

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.

Some products are produced after an order is placed and may require additional production time before shipment.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Certain items, including custom-made or made-to-order products, may not be eligible for standard returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Zenmist shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services.

Zenmist is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or other external factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use of the website.
