At Zenmist, we want you to feel confident and comfortable when ordering from our store. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.
Because some of our products are made-to-order or fulfilled from different locations, return procedures may vary depending on the item.
1. Return Requests
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.
2. Return Addresses
Because our products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers, the correct return address will always be provided by email after your request has been approved.

3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

unused
-
in original condition
-
with original packaging
-
accompanied by proof of purchase
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
4. Made-to-Order Products (Printful)
Some items in our store are made especially for you after an order is placed. These items are produced by our fulfillment partner Printful.
Because these products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns for size changes, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect selections made during ordering.
However, if the item arrives:

damaged

defective
-
misprinted

incorrect
we will replace or refund the product at no cost to you.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photos of the issue.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Photos of the product and packaging may be requested to process the claim.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If the return is due to an error on our side, Zenmist will cover the return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, or product customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

personal care items (oils, cosmetics, bath products, soaps)

perishable goods

personalized or made-to-order products

hazardous materials or flammable goods

9. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers located in the European Union have the legal right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, including made-to-order print items.
Returned items must be in original condition.
If applicable, refunds include the standard delivery cost as required by EU law.
10. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks or payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.
