Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and fulfilment partner. Some items are produced or prepared after an order is placed.

If we experience a high volume of orders or temporary delays, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Zenmist currently ships to countries across Europe through our network of trusted European fulfilment partners.

Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout.


Shipping Rates

Standard shipping within the European Union costs:

€6.95 per order

Free shipping is available on orders of €70 or more.

Shipping rates for destinations outside the European Union may vary and will be displayed during checkout.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and fulfilment partner.

Typical delivery times within Europe are:

2–9 business days after dispatch

Examples of average delivery times:

Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland):
approximately 2–4 business days

Western Europe (France, Belgium, Netherlands):
approximately 3–4 business days

Northern Europe (Sweden, Finland, Baltic region):
approximately 4–6 business days

Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy):
approximately 4–9 business days

Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, weather conditions, customs procedures, or seasonal demand.


Multiple Shipments

Zenmist works with multiple specialised fulfilment partners.

Some products may be produced or shipped from different warehouse locations. Because of this, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking details usually become active within 24 hours after dispatch.


Duties & Taxes

EU destinations
VAT is included in the product price at checkout. No additional duties apply for deliveries within the European Union.

Non-EU European destinations
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties, VAT, or import fees depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Issues, Delays & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss remains with Zenmist until the goods have been delivered to the customer in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

If your order appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.


Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

• Keep all original packaging
• Take clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
• Contact us with your order number

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
